1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Phyvant platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Phyvant provides an enterprise AI knowledge graph platform that captures institutional knowledge, generates executable specifications, and delivers verified context to AI agents. Services are provided on an on-premise or cloud-hosted basis as agreed in your service agreement.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Services are the property of Phyvant, Inc. or its licensors. Your data remains yours. Phyvant does not claim ownership of any data you provide to the platform.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For on-premise deployments, your data never leaves your infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phyvant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
